Annual Parish Meeting

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held at Croft Village Hall on Monday 15th May at 7:30pm.

These are notes of the meeting until approved by the Council as a true record. The Chair welcomed all Councillors present, and there were no members of the public in attendance. 

1.   To receive the Chairman’s report for 2022-23.

The Chair, being newly elected, issued a brief report on the Parish Council’s activity throughout the year, and hope to be a positive force in the community for the year ahead. 

2.   To confirm the minutes of previous Annual Parish Meeting.

With no further matters arising, it was resolved unanimously to accept the minutes as a true and accurate record of the meeting.

3.   To receive questions or comments from members of the public - those who reside or work within the council’s boundary.

There were no members of the public in attendance. 

4.   To confirm the date of the next Annual Parish Meeting.

The next Annual Parish Meeting will be held between 1st March and 1st June 2024.

The Chair of the Council closed the meeting at 7:35pm.
