Annual Parish Meeting
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held at Croft Village Hall on Monday 6th May 2026 at 6:45pm. These are notes of the meeting until approved at the next Annual Parish Meeting as a true and accurate record.
Cllr Coxall - Chair of the Council, opened the meeting. There were 2 members of the public in attendance and the Parish Clerk - J Sargent.
1. Chair of the Council’s Welcome
Cllr Coxall welcomed attendees and noted the low attendance.
2. To confirm the minutes of previous Annual Parish Meeting held on 6th May 2025.
It was resolved unanimously to approve the minutes as a true and accurate record of the meeting.
3. To receive an unaudited statement of income and expenditure for the financial year 2025-26.
The Clerk provided an unaudited statement of income and expenditure for the financial year 2025-26, prior to submitting the Annual Return to the external auditor. No questions were raised.
4. To receive annual reports from:
a. The Chair of the Council
No report provided.
b. Croft’s East Lindsey District Councillor
Not in attendance and no report provided.
c. Croft’s Lincolnshire County Councillor
County Councillor J Brookes provided a written report, included as an attachment to these minutes.
d. The Parochial Church Council
No representative in attendance and no report provided.
5. Public Forum: To receive questions or comments from members of the public - those who reside or work within the Council’s boundary.
No members of the public in attendance.
The Chair of the Council closed the meeting at 6:48pm.
