Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council Meeting to be held at Croft Village Hall, Croft, on Tuesday 30th August 2022 commencing at 7pm.

At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public residing or working within the council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda or other matters concerning the parish. A maximum of 3 minutes per person is allowed, or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

AGENDA

1.   Apologies for Absence.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting. 

2.   Declarations of Interest.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.

3.   To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Monday 4th July 2022.

4.   To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration.

a.   2022-23 First Quarter Bank Reconciliation

b.   August Income and Expenditure

5.   To consider and approve the accounts for 2021-22

a.   The internal audit

b.   The Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR)

6.   To discuss community matters which need referring to the District and County representatives for a response.

7.   To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, or amendments. 

a.   Full planning permission granted for Fields Edge, Church Lane, Croft - S/039/01037/22

b.   Full planning permission granted for the Hollies, High Lane, Croft - S/039/00984/22

c.   Full planning permission granted for the Elms Packhouse, Croft Bank - S/039/00560/22

8.   To receive reports from the Chairman and Clerk to the Council.

9.   To receive a report on the Village Hall.

10.   To consider and approve the purchase of 10 hours IT support from LALC (Pete Langford) to make the website legally compliant. 

11.   To consider and approve the purchase of:

a.    a Poppy wreath from the Royal British Legion

b.   Lamp post poppies

12.   To approve the insurance policy with Zurich for 2022-23.
