The Chairman introduced Mrs Ann Coxall who wishes to join the Council, Mrs Coxall signed her Acceptance of Office in front of the clerk., and joined the Councillors
1 Apologies for absence
Cllrs Peacock, Kirk (ELDC) & PCSO J Richardson these absences were formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reasons for absence.
2 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on 2nd December 2019, it was unanimously agreed that the minutes should be signed

a) Quotes for Bus Stop Repairs

The Councillors gave the Clerk details of another contractor to contact
b) Invite sent to PCC to arrange a meeting to discuss Landowner ship
this will be referred to the PCC at the next meeting in February, the Council had been advised that the February meeting had been cancelled and re arranged for March
c) Recreation Ground surfacing
106 Funds confirmed by East Lindsey £2520.00, which means we can extend area by 29 M2. PCC contacted to advise them of the extra coverage, awaiting reply after their meeting on the 6 th February
Cllr Vokes advised that he had spoken to some of the members of the PCC and proposed the Parish Council go ahead with the plan to extend coverage – unanimously agreed
d) Cllr Dowlman has been nominated for a place at the Buckingham Palace Garden Party – the Clerk advised that he was not successful
e) The Clerk has been investigating costs of a Bus Shelter on the corner of Church Lane.
The Clerk handed out information on the types of Shelters together with estimates. It was agreed that as the shelter would need erecting on Lincolnshire County Council land, the clerk should contact

The decorating of the Village Hall is underway

Cllr Coxall reported that due to the weather there have been no recent sessions
