a) The Clerk has replied to a resident concerning the redecoration of the Village Hall
b) The Clerk has chased Paul Edwards at planning re the payment of the 106 Monies on various occasions, and has requested assistance from Cllr Dennis
c) Highways have been contacted requesting permission to site a bus shelter

The Councilors considered the financial risks and were confident that the regulations were being adhered to. Proposed Cllr Vokes, seconded Cllr Dennis and unanimously agreed that the Chairman should sign the Statement
iii) Accounting statements, these figures had been checked by the internal Auditor, there were no questions, it was proposed by Cllr Vokes, seconded by Cllr Dennis & unanimously agreed that the Chairman should signoff the Accounting Statement and the exemption certificate.
The Clerk will submit the exemption certificate to the External Auditors.
The Clerk will publish the Notice of Public Rights together with the Audit on the Notice Board and the Website - Noted

ELDC Cllr Dennis reported on the merger of ELDC & Boston Borough Council,

11 Village Hall
a) Report – Cllr Mr. P Vokes
Cllr Vokes advised that the Caretaker has had to leave, it was unanimously agreed that an advert should be placed locally for a replacement. In the meantime, arrangements would be made with Ladybug to give the Hall a deep clean to enable the Hall to reopen.
Council meetings were also discussed, and it was agreed to carry on with virtual meetings for the time being – this would be reviewed at each meeting
b) To Ratify decision made by e mail concerning the use of the Village Hall grounds for an auction
It was unanimously agreed that the auction may resume, using the outside of the building
