Dear Councillor,
You are hereby requested to attend the Full Council Meeting to be held at Croft Village Hall, Croft, on Monday 6th February 2023 commencing at 7pm.
At the discretion of the Chairman, those members of the public residing or working within the council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda or other matters concerning the parish. A maximum of 3 minutes per person is allowed, or 15 minutes overall. If time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

1. Chairman’s Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
4. To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Monday 5th December 2022.
5. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for:
a. December Income and Expenditure
b. January Income and Expenditure
6. To receive updated bank reconciliation for:
a. January Bank Reconciliation
b. February Bank Reconciliation
7. To approve payments for:
a. LALC Subscription 2023-24
b. LALC Annual Training Scheme 2023-24
c. To reimburse Cllr Vokes for the costs of the defibrillator equipment.
d. To reimburse Cllr Dowlman for the Lindsey Marsh Drainage Board invoice.
8. To receive a budget review for the 3rd quarter of the financial year.
9. To discuss community matters which need referring to the District and County representatives for a response.
10. To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, withdrawals, or amendments.
