To whom it may concern,
You are welcome to attend the Full Council meeting, to be held at Croft Village Hall, Croft, on Monday 3rd July 2023 commencing at 7pm.
At the discretion of the Chair, those members of the public residing or working within the council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda or other matters concerning the parish. A maximum of 3 minutes per person is allowed, or 15 minutes overall.
A maximum of a further 10 minutes will allocated to receive brief reports of the Police and elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.
If time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

AGENDA
1. Welcome from the Chair of the Council.
2. Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest.
To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.
4. To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Monday 5th June 2023.
5. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for:
a. June Income and Expenditure
6. To receive updated bank reconciliation for:
a. June Bank Reconciliation
7. To approve payments for:
a. Zurich Insurance
b. Lights in the village hall
8. To approve the Annual Governance and Accountability Return for 2022/23
a. To approve section 1, points 1 – 9 of the Annual Governance Statement for 2022/23.
b. To approve secton 2, Accounting Statement.
9. To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, withdrawals, or amendments.
10. To appoint 2 members to oversee the Council’s website.
11. To consider writing a letter of support for the installation of brown tourism signs for Lincolnshire Coastal Cottages.
12. To receive an update on the Village Hall.
13. To consider commemorating long serving past Councillors.
14. To resolve to exclude the public and the media to discuss confidential matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
15. To consider staffing matters.
