To whom it may concern,

 

You are hereby summoned to attend the Full Council meeting, to be held at Croft Village Hall, Croft, on Monday 2nd October 2023 commencing at 7pm.

 

At the discretion of the Chair, those members of the public residing or working within the council’s boundary, will be invited to make representations or ask questions in respect of the business on the agenda or other matters concerning the parish. A maximum of 3 minutes per person is allowed, or 15 minutes overall.

                                        

A maximum of a further 10 minutes will allocated to receive brief reports of the Police and elected members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council.

 

If time allocated is not required, the Council will go into formal session.

  1. Welcome from the Chair of the Council.
  2. Apologies for Absence.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.

  1. Declarations of Interest.

To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 - being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Member’s Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.

  1. To confirm the minutes of the Council meeting held on Monday 4th September 2023.
  2. To approve the list of accounts submitted for consideration for:
    1. September Income and Expenditure.
  3. To receive updated bank reconciliation for:
    1. September Bank Reconciliation.
  4. To consider Western Power’s proposals to site a shed on the playing field.
  5. To receive notification of any planning permissions, refusals, withdrawals, or amendments.
  6. To receive an update on the Village Hall.
  7. To receive reports from the Chair and Clerk to the Council.
  8. To receive a copy of previous resolutions and action points.
  9. To receive an update on the community library project.
