2 Election of Chairman

Cllr Peacock proposed Cllr Dowlman seconded by Cllr Vokes and unanimously agreed. Cllr Dowlman accepted the post

 

3 Election of Vice Chairman

Cllr Vokes proposed Cllr Peacock seconded by Cllr Dowlman and unanimously agreed. Cllr Peacock accepted the post

 

4 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on 1st April 2019, Cllr Bowser was missing from the list of attendees once that was corrected it was unanimously agreed that the minutes should be signed

It was agreed that the Chairman of Skegness Council would be welcome to wear his chains of office when attending Kart world

b) Co Option It was agreed that the clerk should advertise the Councillor vacancies on the notice board & the Web site

a) Outstanding Reports

Croft Road Sign – damaged

Edges of verges on west side of low Road overgrowing

Sign at the bus stop damaged

It was agreed that the Clerk sh0ould contact Highways and arrange a meeting with a Highways Officer

 

11 Village Hall

Cllr Vokes advised the PC that he has agreed to reserve the Village Hall at a cost of £6.00

He also confirmed tat the drains are cleared out on a regular basis and will be cleared out again soon

Haven House was discussed & Cllr Dennis offered to speak to the firm direct
