2 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on 15th May 2019, it was unanimously agreed that the minutes should be signed

a) Neighborhood Police Team report put on the notice board

b) The Clerk has replied to a resident concerning the closure of the recreation field

c) The Clerk has contacted the PCC to arrange a meeting

d) The Co Option advert has been put on the Notice Board & Website

6 Informative matters from LCC & ELDC Councilors

LCC Cllr Kirk advised that a new Highways Officer will start in September, there has been no progress on major highways problems in Croft. Children’s Services have been inspected and have received a Good report. Cllr Kirk also mentioned the dementia training he has recently attended

ELDC Cllr Dennis reported on the following Wellbeing Services, rough sleeping. He also reported Chris Panton has stepped down and has been replaced by Paul Edwards.
