Cllrs Dennis, Bowser, and Cllr Blackburn, & the PCSO these absences were formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence.

3 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on
the 15th of November 2021.
It was proposed by Cllr Vokes, seconded by Cllr Peacock, and unanimously agreed that these minutes should be signed
4 Matters to Report
a) The signage for the playpark has been ordered and the large signs have been erected

b) Quotes have been requested for the field gates, and tree guards

c) Telesat has been contacted to accept their quote, work will begin end of January early February

d) The Clerk has confirmed that Cllr Vokes & Cllr Peacock will attend the playpark training

The budget was discussed It was proposed by Cllr Mrs. Coxall, seconded by Cllr Vokes an unanimously agreed that the precept should be set at £11147.00
9 Village Hall
a) Report – Cllr Vokes
It was reported that the boiler service is due
The recent booking for a wake had not been charged.
10 Parish Notice Board
To discuss location for new Notice Board – information sent to Cllrs before the meeting.
The Clerk confirmed that the PC that all legal requirements for displaying of information on the website and the notice board are being met.
It was proposed by Cllr Vokes, seconded by Cllr Mrs. Coxall, and unanimously agreed that a second notice board is not purchased
11. Queens Platinum Jubilee Celebrations – Cllr Mrs. Coxall
Cllr Mrs. Coxall reported that as the wrong meeting details had been distributed, she was unable to find the meeting room. There will be a further meeting after Christmas that she hopes to attend. It was also suggested that the Council holds an official opening celebration for the play park. Cllr Mrs. Coxall will investigate.
