MINUTES OF THE CROFT PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 7TH JUNE 2021

PCSO gave the Council an update on Staff changes

3 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on
the 17th of May 2021
After an alteration to the header, it was unanimously agreed that the minutes could be signed

a) Letter sent to tenant confirming amount of rent due for or 2021
Clerk advised that the rent has been received today.
We will now instruct the agent further
b) Letter sent to allotment agent advising of the action now required

a) LCC - temporary Road restriction received – put on notice board and website

LCC Cllr Mrs. Blackburn advised on roadworks, and has agreed to request a speed reduction on Low Road
ELDC – Cllr Dennis advised that the LDO ids being investigated.

a) Report – Cllr Vokes
Cllr Vokes reported that bookings are slow, there are 2 bands boked and the coffee mornings will recommence this month.
The kitchen has been ordered, and a CCTV service has been arranged.
He also confirmed that we are waiting for the contractor to commence the work on the carpark.
10 Playing Field equipment update – Cllr Mrs. Coxall & Cllr Vokes
A lottery grant has been applied for – awaiting a decision
Other sources of funding are also being investigated
