It was unanimously agreed that the minutes should be signed
4 Informative matters from LCC & ELDC Councilors
Cllr Blackburn (LCC) – has spoken to LCC concerning buses stopping in the village – she will keep the Council informed.

There were no questions, and the Councilors agreed to accept the account.
It was suggested that the Village Hall investigate installing Wi-Fi.

10 Village Hall
a) Report – Cllr Vokes
The Young Farmers are now booking the hall
The Electric work has now been completed and the Parish Council are awaiting the certificates.
Cllr Vokes also confirmed that the cookers are now working.
11 Parish Notice Board at Tower Farm
Awaiting location details
Cllr Dennis has offered the Parish Council £300 from his District grant towards the notice board.
12 Play Park Update
a) Preparation for receipt of Rowan Trees
b) Playing field entrance gates
Cllr Dowlman will investigate the costs for tree guards, and the replacement of the entrance gates.
The Play Inspection Company will be visiting on the 18th of October once Kompan have completed the installation. Once any remedial work has been conducted it was agreed to open the Playpark.
It was agreed to wait until next year to celebrate the official opening of the area.
13 Next Meeting 1st November
The Next agenda item was a pink Paper and residents were asked to leave
14 The Clerk advised the Councilors that the monitoring Officer had been in contact concerning a resident complaint.
