There were no Public Present
PCSO Nigel Miller advised the Council that there had been a change of staff in the area, and handed out new posters for the noticeboard

It was unanimously agreed that the minutes should be signed

a) Letter sent to allotment agent advising of the action now required
Clerk will check the timing.

9 Village Hall
a) Report – Cllr Vokes
Cllr Vokes reported that the kitchen units should be fitted next week, and that the extra crockery would be examined.
The alarm service is due in August, and the box may need replacing.
The WI bench has been removed as it is beyond repair.
There has been a coffee morning held in the Hall recently, and some of the Village Hall equipment was recently used at a funeral.
JE Spencer now has the materials to begin the work on the field.
Cllr Vokes also advised that the village hall treasurer has now made arrangement to create a contingency fund for future repairs.
10 Playing Field equipment update – Cllr Mrs. Coxall & Cllr Vokes
The funding application of £47272.79 net to the lottery was not accepted.
It was proposed by Cllr Mrs. Coxall seconded by Cllr Dennis and unanimously agreed that the Parish Council should go ahead with the play area using the Benefit Funds.
11 To confirm the Charity appointments, and set up meeting dates – Cllr Mrs. Coxall
It was agreed that the Charity Trustees should meet once a quarter, the meeting would be held after the Parish Council meetings, the first one would be held after the Parish Council meeting in September.
